Putu Bambu
“PUTU BAMBU” yeah, that’s one of my favorite Indonesian dish, well it

flour, and Javanesse brown sugar is steamed inside a piece of bamboo! The brown
sugar is placed in the middle of the rice and shredded coconut. After they
steamed this for a few minutes, it will form like a popsicle, where then they
serve it topped with white sugar and more shredded coconut, which blends
together and it will melt in your
mouth. I know you guys must be very curious about it right? Below this text is

Martabak Manis
“MARTABAK MANIS” , I can’t think of its English name, well who doesn’t know martabak? The most favourite and popular night snack in Indonesia. Yeah ! its Indonesian pancake ! but with the size much more larger than america’s pancake, and much more thicker. After the mixture is cooked well, its is topped with cheese, chocolate, nuts, or you could even put nuttela ore ovomaltine on it ( modern style martabak) and ofcourse, don’t forget to put some milk on it.
